The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all of us. Here at Baltimore Suburban Health, we made changes to the way our visits are done, in order to ensure the health and safety of our staff and patients. As part of this, the following protocols have been implemented:
1: For the general public, masks are now optional.
2: Any patients with upper-respiratory symptoms- such as a cough, runny nose, or sore throat- must wear a mask and let staff know about the symptoms in advance of the appointment.
1: We now require a 24-hour notice to reschedule appointments.
2: Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be subject to a $50 no-show fee, which is not covered by insurance.
