We are a community-based practice where we treat our patients like they are our family. We offer comprehensive and individualized medical care for our patients as well as easy access to onsite laboratory and diagnostic testing. Dr . Elliot Rothschild
Elliot S. Rothschild, M.D. is a graduate of the University of Maryland at Baltimore, School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Johns Hopkins University / Sinai Hospital Program in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Rothschild has been practicing since 1998, providing primary care services to the Pikesville community here at Baltimore Suburban Health, LLC. Dr. Rothschild is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine. Husband and father of five, Dr. Rothschild understands the need to provide medical care with compassion, thoroughness, and integrity.
Dr. Rothschild is board certified in internal medicine.
Chana Abrams, PA-C
Chana Abrams, MS, PA-C completed her undergraduate studies and graduated Cum laude from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and completed her post graduate studies at Towson University, again Cum laude. Abrams has worked in the primary care setting since 2007. She enjoys the opportunities to provide excellent patient care as part of the Baltimore Suburban Health team of practitioners.
In addition to guiding and counseling patients about acute and chronic care issues, Chana frequently steps in to address urgent care matters of all patients in the practice, frequently being able to provide a same day appointment to address a patient’s concerns. Wife and mother of four, Chana has the natural ability to multitask with a smile. No matter the specific health issue involved, Chana’s care for those she meets is evident in her attention to detail and follow up regarding each patient concern.

Dr. Roggen has been in private medical practice since 1990, providing primary care services. Dr. Roggen has been a team member of the Baltimore Suburban Health, LLC, family since its inception. Dr. Roggen is currently accepting new patients. [email protected]
Charlotte Bartrug , PA-C
Charlotte Bartrug, MS, PA-C received her Master’s Degree from Towson University’s Physician Assistant program. Prior to this, she received a Biology Degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Medical Technology Degree from University of Maryland. She is passionate about providing high quality patient care and prevention of disease through nutrition and lifestyle changes. She enjoys addressing acute concerns and is willing to see same day appointments for this purpose. In addition, she performs well visits and pre-operative appointments and manages chronic issues.
She has lived in the Baltimore area for many years and enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends in the area. Her hobbies include cooking and staying active while spending time in nature.

Baltimore Suburban Health, LLC is a primary care facility which has been in the community for almost 20 years. We are located in the heart of Pikesville, MD.
Although the name has changed and there are a few new primary care providers,
the standard of care remains our first priority. In addition to primary care, we
also offer multifaceted gynecology care to include new bride visits, pelvic pain
issues and osteopathic manipulation in addition to general gynecology.
